Boundary violation
The Board referred allegations that the practitioner had not maintained professional boundaries with a colleague. It was alleged the practitioner slapped the colleague on the bottom. After considering the available evidence the panel was not satisfied, on the balance of probabilities, that the practitioner had engaged in the alleged conduct. The Panel found there was no case to answer and no further action was taken.
