For general enquiries and registration enquiries you can submit a query using our web enquiry form or call us (see below).

For all enquiries, call our Customer Service team on 1300 419 495. Opening hours: Monday to Friday 9:00am – 5:00pm (local time where you're calling from).
From outside Australia

If you are a non-English speaker or find it easier to speak in your own language you can use the Translating and Interpreting Service to speak to someone at Ahpra. It’s free for you to use this service, just call TIS National on 131 450 and ask them to call Ahpra on 1300 419 495.

Ahpra welcomes calls through the National Relay Service (NRS) if you are deaf, have a hearing impairment and/or have a speech impairment. Choose your access option and provide our phone number (1300 419 495) when asked by the relay officer.
Do you have a concern or complaint about a health practitioner? Anyone can make a complaint about a health practitioner’s health, conduct, or performance. In the National Registration and Accreditation Scheme, we call a complaint about a registered health practitioner a ‘notification’.
