Authorised representatives.
You can find information about setting up an Ahpra portal, getting nominated and linked as an authorised representative on the Information for authorised representative’s page.
An authorised representative must have an Ahpra portal account and be nominated by the applicant or practitioner. Signing a declaration form for proposed supervision arrangements doesn’t automatically make an employer an authorised representative.
