Summary

The Panel found that the Practitioner engaged in unprofessional conduct in relation to inappropriate communication with a colleague and Ahpra, and for failing to maintain professional boundaries with a former client. While other allegations were not proven, the Panel considered the established conduct to be below the standard expected of a registered psychologist. The Panel reprimanded the Practitioner and imposed supervision conditions to addressed identified risk areas.
