Summary

The Board referred allegations that the Practitioner had failed to comply with conditions requiring supervsion and a reflective practice report.

The Panel noted the repeated follow-ups from Ahpra staff in an attempt to secure compliance. It decided to reprimand the Practitioner and impose conditions on the Practitioner’s registration.
