Ahpra Practitioner information exchange access support

On this page you’ll find information to help you trouble shoot access issues to the Ahpra Practitioner information exchange (PIE).

The Ahpra PIE login is where organisations who have entered into a data usage agreement can check practitioner registration details via the Practitioner Information Exchange or Multiple Registration Check.

To use this service, you need to subscribe and receive a User ID and password.

If you’re interested in this service, please email the Data Exchange team.

The Ahpra PIE login allows subscribed users to:

  • Check practitioner registration status and information
  • Convert legacy registration numbers

If you are an authorised representative for an applicant or practitioner and want to check their application, you’ll need to log in via the Practitioner portal.
