PIE services agreement

Thank you for your interest in making an application for a license to use the Practitioner Information Exchange (PIE) services.

The information that we request from you during the application process will assist us to:

  1. Assess your application, and if approved;
  2. Prepare a commercial contract for your authorised representative to sign.
  3. If your application isn’t approved, we will communicate this back to you and include the reason why.
