About notifications

Ahpra responds to concerns that a health practitioner may be putting public safety at risk. When someone raises a complaint or concern with Ahpra, we call that a “Notification”.

Anyone can raise a concern about a health practitioner. These notifications are part of the system for keeping patients and the public safe.

We will act when the public is at risk.
