Call for applications – Registration and Notifications Committee of the Podiatry Board of Australia

14 Mar 2023

The Podiatry Board of Australia (the Board) is seeking applications from suitably qualified and experienced registered podiatrists and podiatric surgeons for appointment to its Registration and Notifications Committee (the RNC).

The role of the RNC is to make decisions about individual registration and notification matters, based on the national policies and standards set by the Board. The Board has delegated the necessary powers to the RNC to enable it to carry out these functions.

The National Boards and Ahpra have an important role in ensuring the development of a culturally safe and respectful health workforce that is responsive to Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Peoples health and contributes to the elimination of racism in the provision of health services.

To achieve this, we have committed to increasing Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander leadership and voices on Boards and Committee and warmly invite Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Peoples to apply.

To view the vacancy and submit an application, please visit the Committee member recruitment page.

For general enquiries, please email statutoryappointments@ahpra.gov.au.

Applications close on Monday 17 April 2023 at 11:55pm, Australian Eastern Standard Time.

Employees and contractors for Ahpra are NOT eligible for this position.
