The public register on the AHPRA website will show the new date of 31 May 2011 when nurses and midwives have renewed their registration.
Please note that not all nurses and midwives in South Australia renewed their registration during August/September 2010. Under the transition arrangements to the National Registration and Accreditation Scheme, a nurse or midwife that is registered in more than one State or Territory, has their registration valid until the latest end date of their current registrations. Theses nurses and midwives will progressively renew their registration until all nurses and midwives in SA have an annual renewal date of 31 May 2011.
