AHPRA has launched a new survey to find out if people are getting the information they need from the new complaints and concerns area of the website.
As part of AHPRA’s continued effort to improve the experience of notifiers and practitioners, we are launching a new survey about the complaints and concerns area of our website. We know that for an increasing proportion of the community, our website is their first and often primary contact with us and we want it to be an easy and positive experience.
Through this survey we are hoping to better understand how the complaints and concerns area of the website is meeting the information needs of practitioners and the community more broadly. We will use the feedback to inform our upcoming changes and improvements to the website.
