National Board delegations now published on the AHPRA website

Details of decision-making powers delegated by National Boards to national committees, state and territory boards, and AHPRA will now be published on the AHPRA website.

As part of its commitment to transparency, the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) is now publishing details of National Board delegations on its website.
 
Under the Health Practitioner Regulation National Law as in force in each state and territory (the National Law), Boards have delegated selected decision-making powers to national committees, state and territory boards, and AHPRA.

Details of each Board’s delegations are published and accessible on the National Board delegations page on the AHPRA website.
