How we can support you
We provide culturally safe, one-on-one support if you:
- have a health impairment that may impact your ability to practice safely.
- are considering changing to non-practising registration or not renewing your registration.
- want to share feedback on your experience with Ahpra throughout the registration or renewal processes.
- have other concerns related to your registration.
What we are not able to help with
While we’re here to support you, some areas sit outside of our role, these include:
- registration fees – fees are set by each National Board. We can pass on your feedback or help you contact your board directly.
- complaints about practitioners – to raise a concern, click here to visit the complaints page.
