Please note the following information on system changes we have made to protect your information.

16 March 2015 - Notice to users of Internet Explorer 6

From early April 2015, anyone using the browser Internet Explorer version 6 (or an older version) is likely to experience difficulty accessing our websites or using our online services.

Following this change, the default Secure Socket Layer (SSL 3.0) setting on Internet Explorer version 6 will no longer work our website. This change is in response to a worldwide alert that the SSL 3.0 security service is now considered vulnerable to attack.

If your browser is using this security setting there is a higher risk that you may have personal and/or financial information stolen by a third party.

To avoid an interruption to service and improve your online security, we recommend you upgrade to the newest version of Internet Explorer immediately. It is available for free from Microsoft.

If you also use other web browsers, you may want to check they are upgraded to the most recent version available.

If you are still having difficulty accessing our site please contact us to report your experience:

  • Submit a general enquiry on our web enquiry form, OR
  • Call 1300 419 495 Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 5:00pm (Australian Eastern Standard time (AEST)).
  • From outside Australia call +61 3 9275 9009
