If you have forgotten your password and need to reset it, enter your User ID and date of birth in the field below and click the submit button to generate a new temporary password.
If the User ID and date of birth are valid, a new temporary password will be sent automatically to your email address that is registered with Ahpra. This new temporary password will be emailed within 15 minutes and can then be used to login and access online services.
After logging in with your new temporary password please change it immediately by clicking ‘Change Password’ under Online Services. Your password should be a mix of letters, numbers and symbols that you will remember.
Note: Only health practitioners registered with Ahpra and employers of health practitioners who have subscribed to online services are issued with a User ID and password.
