Employers and practitioners now log in through separate portals.

Our new Ahpra portal for applicants and practitioners, where you can apply for and manage your registration, is coming soon. You can read more below.

If you’re an approved third party for an applicant or practitioner, you will also log in using the practitioner portal.

Certificates of registration will be available from Monday 24 March. For the most accurate and up-to-date registration information, use the online Register of practitioners. It's the safest way for employers, practitioners, and the public to check registration details.

Online services currently unavailable

We are upgrading our operating system. Our online practitioner services are currently unavailable while we prepare to progressively bring our new system online from 17 March 2025.

Registration and renewal application forms

We strongly encourage you to wait for our new online application forms for a faster assessment. A new online application form along with a new Ahpra portal for applicants and practitioners, and a new secure online ID verification will be coming online soon.

Employer portal

The Ahpra Employer portal is where organisations who have entered into a data usage agreement can check practitioner registration details via the Practitioner Information Exchange or Multiple Registration Check. Click Employer login below.

If you are an approved third party for an applicant or practitioner and want to check their application, you’ll need to log in via the Practitioner portal.

The Ahpra Employer portal allows organisations to:

Check practitioner registration status and information
Convert legacy registration numbers
