Since 2010, all former health practitioners who have had their registration cancelled by a court or tribunal and/or, been disqualified from applying for registration practice appear on the register of cancelled health practitioners.
From 1 March 2018 the register has been expanded to include former health practitioners who have been prohibited from providing health services or using a title.
There is also a list of practitioners who have agreed not to practise when a National Board thinks this is in the public interest. There are circumstances where a practitioner will not appear on this list. Please call us for more information on 1300 419 495.
Anyone can search for a cancelled and/or prohibited health practitioner using the search function on this page.
You can enter all, some or no details, then click on search. A maximum of 100 results will be returned.
You can access the decisions of courts and tribunals about registered health practitioners on the AustLII Health Practitioner Legal Library.
