Published hearing decisions from adjudication bodies (other than panels) relating to complaints and notifications made about health practitioners or students are available on the Austlii website.

The library includes decisions completed or started before 1 July 2010 and decisions made since July 2010 under the National Registration and Accreditation Scheme.

Medical Council of NSW

Published decisions of the NSW Medical Tribunal, Professional Standards Committees, and relevant Court decisions relating to medical practitioners in New South Wales are published on the Medical Council of NSW website

NSW Health Care Complaints Commission

Published decisions of NSW Tribunals and Professional Standards Committees dealing with registered practitioners other than medical practitioners are published on the NSW Health Care Complaints Commission website.

Queensland Office of the Health Ombudsman (OHO)

In Queensland, some complaints about health practitioners are referred to the Queensland Civil and Administrative Tribunal by the OHO. Decisions of the Tribunal about referrals by the OHO can be found on the OHO website.

Panel Decisions

Panel hearing decisions made since July 2010 are published in the publication section of the AHPRA website. Summaries have been provided where there is educational and clinical value. These summaries are accessible from hyperlinks within the table. Practitioners' names are not published, consistent with the requirements of the National Law.
