Written decisions relating to dental practitioners made by the Queensland Civil and Administrative Tribunal (QCAT) are published on the Supreme Court of Queensland Library website.
Decisions which have involved either children or vulnerable persons are de-identified to protect the party’s identity. If a non-publication order has been made the decision will not be published to protect the interests of the parties.
Prior to 1 December 2009, some decisions made by the former tribunals were published on the Australasian Legal Information Institute website.
