The Disclosure Log contains details of information that AHPRA has released in response to a Freedom of Information (FOI) access request relevant to the national policy functions of the National Registration and Accreditation Scheme.
The public release of documents is not a legislative requirement under the National Law or the Freedom of Information Act 1982 (Cth) as it applies to the National Registration and Accreditation Scheme. The Agency Management Committee and the National Boards have decided to make available to a wider audience, documents released under FOI applications that are relevant to our national functions and that may be of interest to the public. However, there may be circumstances in which documents released in response to an FOI access request will not be included in the Disclosure Log.
The documents are available in PDF format which can be viewed using the Adobe Reader, a software that is available at no cost. However, should you wish to obtain hardcopy format of the documents, please contact Andy Caprackas on (03) 8708 9268 or by email at andy.caprackas@ahpra.gov.au. You should include information for contact by phone, email or in writing. We will endeavour to meet all reasonable requests for an alternative hardcopy format of the documents. There is a charge of $0.10 per page for photocopies of written documents.
